Q. How long does it take for a basic TV installation? A. The length of an installation depends on the complexity of the job. Our team will provide you with an estimate before starting work. For most jobs it takes approximately 1-2hrs.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment to have someone come out to my house/business? A: Give us a call between 7am-7pm at (949) 220-4320 or go to our “Contact” page and fill out our form, someone will answer you within a 24 hour period.
Q: Can I schedule an installation for an evening or weekend time frame? A: Yes, by appointment only.
Q: How much does it cost for an estimate? A: All of our consults or estimates are free if traveling within our local service area. If traveling to outside our local service area, there will be a trip charge applied. Please refer to our “Service Area Page” for pricing.
Q: Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your installations? A: Yes, we offer a 90 day guarantee on all of our installations. If you experience any issues with your installation during this time, we will come back and fix the problem free of charge. We will also give you the information needed to file a warranty if equipment is purchased through our company.
Q: Do you provide equipment such as; TV Mounts, Televisions, Cameras, Etc.…? A: Yes, we will provide a quote in advance for all equipment and/or materials that may be part of the job.
Q: Can you install structured networking? A: Yes. Whether it is new construction or retro, we can accommodate just about any install.
Q: What types of payment do you take? A: We take most forms of payment; Cash, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. * Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
